Where is San Jose del Cabo? San Jose del Cabo is one of the 5 municipalities of the state of Baja California Sur, located in the extreme south of the state, 220 kilometers from La Paz.

This municipality is considered one of the most important for tourism in Mexico because of its direct access to the open sea of the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.
